No referral is required to book, though many patients do come to us via a doctor or physiotherapist. We're happy to work alongside your existing healthcare team where relevant.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first session is a thorough clinical assessment — your history, goals, and current physical capacity — used to build your individual treatment plan.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move freely in, similar to what you'd wear for light exercise. Trainers or flat exercise shoes are ideal.

How long is an appointment?

Can I claim from medical aid?

Do you offer post-operative rehabilitation?

Yes. We provide progressive rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery, guided by your stage of recovery and working with your surgeon or physiotherapist where needed.
